Almost every major coffee shop has chai on their menu. Unfortunately, most of them make it using a pre-blended tea bag dipped in hot water or a syrup base - the result is usually a very weak drink with hints of chai flavour. Elchi’s chai is cooked on the stove, making for a creamy cup of chai with just the right amount of spice.
